As I juggle day job responsibilities, writing/book deadlines, and family commitments, I continue to struggle to post timely social media updates. I want to post informative content on Facebook and Twitter daily and publish blog posts on my web sites 2-3 times per week. But the reality of what I want and what I do falls way short of the ideal me.
For those who follow me on social media, here’s where you can find me the most:
The more I research Buxton, Iowa the more I want to write about it. Beginning in January 2019, I will make at least weekly posts to LostBuxton.com and will keep my speaking event calendar up-to-date. So do make it a point to check this site regularly. Better yet, sign up for the Buxton newsletter so you can get the latest scoop on Buxton.
When I’m not in the midst of a deadline or other crisis, I post almost daily on my Facebook profile page and Lost Buxton page. Occasionally, I’ll post something on my Romance Author page but, since I’m not writing romance at the moment, that’s a bit rare. Please “like” and “follow” my pages to stay in the loop with me here.
While I will keep the information (including the event calendar) on RachelleChase.com updated, I probably won’t be doing a lot of blogging here. Unless I’m inspired to write about life or writing in general or if I have romance book news. But since it takes me f-o-r-e-v-e-r to complete a blog post, posting on the other platforms will probably be all I have time to do. However, please sign up for my newsletter so that you will be notified if I do.
Sigh. I’m embarrassed to admit I’m rarely active on Twitter. I know, I know, I should be. That is on my New Year’s Resolutions list for 2019. Hopefully, it will fare better than the annual “work out 3 times/week” entry that has yet to be implemented. It could happen so please follow me on Twitter.

I am not going to embarrass myself further and admit my nearly nonexistent presence on these. Oh wait, I just did. 🙂
Looking forward to interacting with you more in the New Year!
